"Good coffee, frustrating delivery"
The coffee itself is fine, but my box has shown up late more than once and the tracking never really gave me a clear answer. I felt like I was being passed around trying to figure out where it was, without anyone really helping. It’s hard to keep ordering when the delivery days feel so random and I can’t plan around them.

"Good coffee, but the waste made it hard to stick with"
I used cometeer for a couple of weeks, the coffee itself was decent. But the capsule waste started bothering me a lot more than I thought it would. They say the aluminum cups are recyclable, but in day-to-day life it doesn’t feel that simple. You have to peel things apart, rinse them, separate pieces, and then my local recycling doesn’t even really take tiny stuff like that anyway. It ended up feeling like I was just making trash with extra steps. For how expensive it is, I expected the whole setup to feel cleaner and more thought out. Instead, it had this weird no-real-person-there feeling, like the convenience was designed in a bubble and nobody thought about what you actually do with all the little cups afterward. I ended up canceling because I didn’t want a freezer full of capsules I felt guilty throwing away

"Subscription is too strict"
I was try to pause my subscription and it just wasn’t simple at all. I ended up getting extra boxes I didn’t really want, which was annoying.
"Showed up warm and leaking"
I opened the box and right away something felt off. The pods were warm. Like, not even close to frozen. A couple were leaking too, so it was just a messy, disappointing unpacking situation. I was expecting them to arrive frozen and ready to store, but that definitely didn’t happen.

"I ordered what I thought was my usual…"
I ordered what I thought was my usual box, but the wording was misleading because what showed up was a totally different set of pods. Customer support did fix part of the issue, but then the replacement still had the wrong flavors, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. For the price, I really expected them to get a simple order right. it was annoying and not worth the hassle.

I was really just trying to get in, find the basic info I needed, and move on, so maybe I ignored some of the other stuff on the site. But even focusing on that was frustrating. Pages loaded oddly, the layout felt confusing, and the simple things I was looking for were way harder to find than they should’ve been.

The box was crushed when it got here, which was disappointing. I really wish it had been packaged or handled better because it made the whole delivery feel a bit careless.

I had a problem with my order, and getting a replacement took longer than I expected. The refund replies were slow too, which was frustrating!! The coffee itself is fine, but the whole support experience kind of annoyed me.

"Every box is a gamble"
I don’t know what’s going on with these things, but the taste was all over the place. A few cups were decent enough, then the next ones came out weirdly sour or just flat. Same roast, totally different taste from box to box. Not really worth dealing with for me.

The coffee tastes fine and I’ve been using it on busy mornings when I’m rushing out the door, so it definitely does the job. But I can’t help noticing how wasteful the pods and shipping materials feel. I wish they made the recycling info easier to find or cut down on the packaging overall.

"Support barely got back to me"
I really wanted to like cometeer but dealing with their customer service was a letdown. I reached out about a problem with my order and it took days to get an actual response. When they finally replied it felt super generic and didn’t solve anything. I followed up again and still didn’t get anything helpful. For what they charge I expected a lot better. I won’t be ordering again.

"Not as quick as I thought it would be"
I gave Cometeer a try because it sounded like it would make mornings easier, but I felt a little left in the dark about how much prep was still involved. Waiting for the capsule to thaw or running it under water takes more time than I expected, especially when I’m barely awake and just want coffee fast.
The coffee itself is fine, so it’s not a total miss, but the process doesn’t feel as smooth or quick as I assumed it would. I wish it had been clearer upfront, because I was expecting more of a grab-and-go situation. Not terrible, just not as convenient as I hoped.

"Canceling Was Way Too Much of a Hassle"
I tried canceling my Cometeer subscription it was more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t just a quick “click and done” situation, I had to dig around and wait, which felt unnecessary. For coffee that’s this expensive, canceling should be simple. I’m definitely not ordering again

"Not as versatile as I expected"
I really thought this would be more useful for different kinds of drinks, but it ended up feeling limited. It’s fine if you mostly want a basic hot or iced coffee, but when I tried making lattes or playing around with other recipes, it felt awkward and not worth what I paid. I’m disappointed and would definitely expect some kind of compensation or refund for how underwhelming it turned out to be

"Decent coffee, but the freezer situation is a hassle"
The coffee itself is fine, but I wish I had realized how much freezer space the pods take up before buying. My freezer is already tiny, so of course I ended up being the one trying to rearrange everything just to make room for coffee. It got annoying quickly. I feel like this only really works if you’ve got extra freezer space to spare, which I definitely don’t.

My order showed up late, which was annoying. I get that delays happen sometimes, but it would’ve been nice if someone had communicated better or taken responsibility instead of just leaving me waiting.

"Wish There Were More Roast Options"
I was a bit disappointed by how limited the roast choices were. I like having a few options so I don’t feel like I’m missing out or stuck with something that isn’t really my preference. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I’d enjoy it a lot more if there were more roasts to choose from.

I stopped in for coffee, but it tasted stale, like it had maybe been sitting around for a while. I can’t say for sure what the issue was, but it definitely didn’t have that fresh-brewed taste I was hoping for.

"Good coffee, but a bit pricey"
The coffee tastes good and it’s super easy to make, so no complaints there. But the price feels a little hard to justify. If you’re having a cup every day, it starts adding up fast, like within a week or two you really notice it. I liked the flavor, just not enough to keep spending that much on it regularly. I’d probably only buy it again if it was around 20 or 30% off.
